Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect on the day of the booking?


Your Aesthetic provider will arrive in the time window designated. Your provider will have you sign a consent form for the procedures. If your provider is an RN or PA, there will also be a quick confirmation tele-call with their Medical Provider before the procedure begins.




What can I expect after my procedure?


You will see the full results in 7-10 days with Neuromodulators. Depending on the procedure you selected, we will send you a post care instructions. After 10 days we will ask you to review your provider




What if I’m not satisfied with my results?


In some occasions, neuromodulators may not spread as anticipated. Thus, you mightneed a few drops for touchup. After 10 days, you may contact us if you believe that a touchup is necessary. We will send you further instructions to let you know our nearestsatellite facility. If you have other problems or concerns, we will address them individually through our resolution center.




Does getting Botox Injection hurt?


Some patients report that being injected with Botox feels like a pinch. The doctor may use ice to numb the injection area prior to treatment. If the patient is concerned about discomfort, a topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment, however, this is unnecessary and isn’t usually needed





How soon, after my Botox treatments, will I see my result?


Botox does not provide an immediate correction. Although effects be seen as early as 3-4 days post injection, you might need to wait for up to 10-12 days before seeing the final result. It is important to be patient before requesting any touch ups




Who should not use Botox?


You should NOT consider using Botox if you: ●Are allergic to botulinum toxins ●Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding ●Are in other critical medical conditions, including heart attack, asthma, lung disorders, skin infections, etc




How does Botox work?


Botox works beneath the skin’s surface and targets the underlying muscle activity that causes the skin to wrinkles and fold. It temporarily reduces muscle movement, which prevents the skin from wrinkling




What are the most common side effects associated after Botox injections?


Mild swelling, redness and tenderness can be seen where the product was injected. Bruising is unlikely, but if occurs, is usually very small and only lasts a few days. A topical arnica cream may be suggested, along with cover-up makeup
